Zmodo DVRs, NVRs, Cameras, and Accessories use a SKU number instead of a Model Number. If you contact technical support or request a warranty repair, you will be asked to provide the SKU number of your device.
You will first need to locate the Zmodo information sticker on your device as shown below:
The SKU number will be labeled on this sticker as the SKU Number. If your sticker lists both an "Old SKU" and a "New SKU" then the New SKU is the number that you will need to provide. If the sticker has an "Old SKU" you can simply ignore this number.
