NVMS Software Won't Load (freezes after login)

NVMS Software Setup
 
The NVMS Software, which is available with the ZMD-DC-SBN6, DVR-H9114V, DVR-H9118V, and DVR-H9108V, was originally intended to be used with Windows XP but by following these simple steps the NVMS Software will work with Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10
 
  1. Install the NVMS Software by following the promps on the installer
  2. Once installed, Right Click on the shortcut on the desktop
  3. Select Properties
  4. Select Compatibility
  5. Under Privelege Level check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator"
  6. Select Apply
  7. Select OK
  8. Close the NVMS Monitor Properties dialog box
  9. Open the NVMS Monitor Software and login using the password assigned during installation
