Removing the Second Plastic Protective Cover from the ZH-IXD15-WC

The ZH-IXD15-WC has two clear plastic protective covers over the black section of the camera.

The first clear plastic cover is labeled with a yellow tab for easy removal. However the second clear plastic cover is much more difficult to remove. It is optional to keep the second clear plastic cover attached to the camera to provide the camera with additional protection from damage.

In order to remove the second clear plastic cover, the user must first use their fingernail or metal object to scratch a hole in the second clear plastic cover so that the second clear plastic cover has a lose section:


 
Next, use pliers or a similar metal tool to pull up the lose plastic section from the second clear plastic cover:
